Debit Card Features

Use the Midstates app to take control of your Midstates Debit Mastercard® by locking and unlocking it whenever you wish. It's a great feature when you misplace your card or when you don't want the card to be used. Set "unlock times" of 10 minutes to 12 hours and then quickly unlock your card when you need it.

If you don't want to insert or swipe your debit card, you can connect it to your smartphone, tablet or smartwatch for secure digital payments using Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay.

There's an easy way to know exactly when, where and how your debit card gets used. Download our Mobile App to set up Account Alerts that tell you what you want to know. It's a great way to track activity among the people who access your debit card, and you can quickly spot suspicious purchases that indicate fraud and a data breach.

Don't panic, but act quickly. Report your lost or stolen card using these numbers:

With Zero Liability, you'll pay only for purchases you've authorized on your Midstates Debit Mastercard®. If you notice unauthorized purchases, you're not responsible for those if you report them to us promptly. And we'll help you file a dispute, too.
